Return & Refund Policy
At DecorStop!, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only when the product received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please read our full policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
• Product must be in original condition.
• No damage, cracks, scratches, or signs of usage.
• Packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact.
• Returns are only accepted for damaged or wrong items.
2. Time Limit for Returns
You must report a damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items without proof of damage
• Items with scratches or signs of use
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
4. Replacement Policy
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement after reviewing images/videos of the issue. You may be asked to return the damaged item to our warehouse if needed.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available. Refund processing time is 2–5 business days after approval.
